Dear Graham and team at The Desk Centre.

I just wanted to write to you and say how absolutely thrilled I am with the antique writing desk that you have just refurbished for me. It is an important piece of furniture to me as it belonged to my recently deceased Father. You have given the desk a new lease of life and it looks absolutely stunning with the new tan hide top.  I am sat at the desk now writing this email and it is such a joy and brings a smile to my face with many happy memories. The attention to detail and craftsmanship that you have shown with this desk is incredible, not to mention your obvious passion for the skill. Thank you again Graham and I shall have no hesitation in recommending your services!

We re-leathered this beautiful shaped desk in a school in Hampshire with Tan hide leather.

The desk was made in the 1920’s & was used by General Eisenhower during the second world war as one of his command posts.

We carried out this restoration project on these two french walnut foot stools. The stools were stripped back to the frames & the loose joints re glued up.

Frames were french polished & wax finished, finally re upholstered in Wine hide leather with individual nail studs.

We fully restored the boardroom tables & chairs at ‘Smithfields‘ meat market in London.

Dear Graham and James,

Thanks again for all your amazing restoration work! The desk is the icing on the cake, it looks tremendous - my father would have been so impressed!

Kind regards,

David ( Milton Keynes )
