A stunning Burr Walnut L Shaped Desk

A stunning Burr Walnut L Shaped Desk, previously made by us.
This impressive desk measuring 183cm wide and 203 cm in overall depth, has
beautiful figured walnut grain patterns all over the desk, including the back and side panels.
The working side of the desk has a four drawer pedestal with a pull out slide, a middle drawer with a pull out keyboard tray,
the return with a storage pedestal cupboard.
In the kneehole area is a further concealed cupboard with a pull out tray for a printer inside.
The top has three polished wooden cable holes for cable management.
Would also work well as a reception desk.

1960’s Ebony Black and Mahogany
Campaign Desk with a Captains Swivel Desk Chair.

Originally made in the 1960’s, this Mahogany desk has been fully restored and re-polished with black drawer fronts and plinth giving the desk a distinctive campaign look. Four single drawers in the left pedestal, two single and one double depth drawer in the right pedestal. A pair of black polished pull out slides are located under the desk top. A modesty board has been fitted at the back of the desk giving a generous kneehole space. Fitted with Satin Brass Cup Handles and a Tobacco coloured leather hide.
A Captains Swivel Desk Chair is included with this desk set, black frame with the same Tobacco style leather upholstery.
This desk comes with a complementary matching desk blotter (49cm x 36cm).

A great looking Solid Mahogany Art Deco inspired 1950’s desk.
Inset polished black plinth pedestal bases, eight drawers including a double depth drawer in the left pedestal all fitted with brass cup handles.
Panelled sides and back board add interest to this well made desk.
Restored and re polished in our workshop, we have inlaid the desk top with a new blue hide leather with a thin gilt line decoration.

Early Victorian ( Circa 1840 ) Mahogany Kneehole Desk.
Fine quality, owned by Mrs. M.M. Worley.

This special Mahogany small kneehole desk which has been in our family for over 40 years having originally been owned be our
late father, Adrian Worley, founder of The Desk Centre.
Made in the early Victorian period circa 1840, the desk has eight small side locking drawers,
which are edged in ebony stringing with brass knobs.
The kneehole area has a cupboard with two inlaid decorated doors with brass key escutcheons plates,
a shelf can be found inside. The top middle section lifts up and can be supported at different angles, originally made for writing letters and has a coral coloured leather with gilt tooling. This flap can be lifted to reveal a storage compartment inside the top of the desk. Two side 7” wide flaps fold outwards for added desk top space when needed, supported on wooden hinges.
A very fine quality desk.

Each side of the desk has six drawers including a double depth file drawer, brass handles, the pedestals raised on tapered, fluted legs with brass castors.
Panelled pedestal sides with a pair of pull out platform slides located on each side under the desk top.
Fully restored and re polish with the three section desk top inlaid with new tan hide leather and rose pattern gilding.
